We are located within the first driveway on the left as you enter St Andrews Road from Church Road. Please park on the driveway as parking restrictions apply on St Andrews Road.

Before you book

Yes — all new clients begin with a thorough consultation before any treatment takes place. This allows us to understand your concerns, review your medical history, and create a personalised plan.

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, particularly for weekend appointments. Cancellations do occasionally free up earlier slots — feel free to message us on WhatsApp to be added to the cancellation list.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

A Mandatory Prescriber Consultation Deposit is required to secure your appointment for anti-wrinkle treatments, this ensures treatment is completely safe and medically appropriate for our clients. If approved for treatment, this is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. If deemed medically unsuitable your deposit will be refunded in full. Your safety is our absolute priority. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation.
